Agreement to Services

Ordering any spellwork from The Love Witch means that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of the services offered.

By ordering spellwork, you are indicating that you have an informed belief in spiritual work and its traditional practices. You are choosing to engage the services of a spiritual worker to perform magic on your behalf as part of an attempt to resolve, support, or shift certain life issues.

Nature of Spiritual Folk Magic

By ordering spellwork from The Love Witch, you acknowledge that you have an understanding of the nature of spiritual folk magic, ritual work, candle work, prayer, and traditional magical practices.

The Love Witch does guarantee that the spellwork you order will be performed as contracted. Your candle, ritual, petition, or spell service will be prepared and carried out according to the description of the service you have purchased.

However, spiritual work is not a mechanical or guaranteed-results service. Your results may vary.

Results May Vary

While The Love Witch is a highly skilled magical worker, no guarantee can be made that spellwork will result in a specific successful outcome.

Results may be influenced by many factors, including timing, circumstance, the free will of the client, the free will of other people involved, and actions taken by the client or others that may support, block, delay, or disturb the magical work being done.

The Love Witch guarantees that the work will be performed as described, but cannot guarantee a particular result, response, reconciliation, relationship outcome, financial outcome, legal outcome, health outcome, or other specific life event.

Refund Policy

No refunds are given on spellwork that has been contracted unless The Love Witch fails to deliver the services as described in a timely manner according to the time frames described on the service page.

Once spellwork has been ordered, prepared, scheduled, begun, or performed, the service is considered contracted spiritual work and is not eligible for refund based on dissatisfaction with the outcome, a change of mind, or a desire for a different result.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
